Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UrsBot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization when creating a workspace, purchasing a plan, or inviting other users to the platform.

Use of the Service

You may use UrsBot only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload, the responses your chatbot is configured to provide, and all activity under your account.

  • Do not use UrsBot to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or consumer protection laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or connected systems.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content through the service.

Plans, Billing, and Suspension

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.

We may suspend or limit access if accounts exceed plan limits, fail to pay outstanding amounts, or create material security or abuse risks for the platform.

Intellectual Property and Liability

UrsBot retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, branding, and related materials. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrsBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid for UrsBot during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
